“Living History: Taxation Without Representation"
Learn about the influence of the ARTS on the Revolutionary Era and learn to play Fife & Drum

Discuss the impact of British taxes on the American colonists
Understand the British government’s debt issues following the French and Indian War
Identify and explore the American reactions to British taxation
Understand the ideals of self-government and representative democracy
Examine and describe the Boston Tea Party
Understand how teachers can use this information to better educate students
